What’s a chill to a lover’s kiss
Winter shivers in the face of bliss
When molten passion is burning
Like candles lit all through the night.
When the breath of lovers is caught
Bewtween two lungs and lips and tongue
However cold may be winter
Those two remain untouched and warm.
Thus bound in reverent caress
His hands do stroke her silken dress
And hers clutch tighthly to her breast
Their shared heat, which can melt the snow.
